where is AZ IN THE LIST? SHOULD IT BE AZ.RR.COM FOR ALL OF AZ?

WHY DO I STILL GET WEB MAIL ON TWC. COM IF NO LONGER AVAILABLE AS i LOG IN WITH MY OLD ADDRESS JDPxxxx@TWC.COM AND ENTER MY PASSWORD I GET WEB MAIL, IF MOBILE CHARTER BOUGHT THEM RR/TWC OUT. I WOULD THINK SPECTRUM WOULD TELL ALL THE RR CUSTOMERS TO SIGN UP WITH MOBILE CHARTER and provide the instructions for apps like Thunderbird etc. I still don't have it right yet what's the new user name? Imap/pop i have down but still rejecting my password, I set them to mobile.charter.net in/out user name jdpexxxx@twc.com or should it be jdpexxxx@webmail.spectrum.net ? if you have the Thunderbird settings for spectrum .net please send them to jdpexxxx@twc.com still get mail on the webmail there thanks.
